Adularia

Habachtal is a mineral valley in the Austrian Alps, best known for its emerald mines. Emerald mining in the valley has a history stretching back several centuries.

Gamsmutter is one of the mineral localities in the Habachtal area and has produced well-formed adularia crystals. The region is also known for producing quartz, epidote, garnet, and other Alpine minerals, making Habachtal an important collecting area in Austria.
