How do your our claims work?
How Our Live Sales Work
We host live sales where you can shop mineral specimens in real time. When you see something you love during a live, simply claim it in the chat.
After the live ends, head to our website and search for your live username in the search bar, or visit the Live Claims page and click on your username. All of the items you claimed during the live will be automatically added to your cart.
Once everything is in your cart, just check out as usual and we’ll take care of the rest. It’s that easy!
What is a live?
We frequently host live events on our platforms. These are mainly sale events in which we show off various specimens in our collection for purchase. You can claim items, meet like-minded collectors, and learn about the hobby!
