Refund policy

All sales are final. Returns will only be considered if Mineral Nexus has been contacted in advance and has provided explicit authorization for the return.

Any request for a return must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the confirmed delivery date of the item in original condition.  Requests received after this period will not be considered. If a return is approved, Mineral Nexus will provide specific instructions for completing the return.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.
