Yellow Fluorite

Okorusu Mine is a classic fluorite locality. It has been mined since around 1920 and is known for producing fluorite in a huge range of colors, including green, purple, blue, and yellow.

Yellow fluorite is less typical from Okorusu than the famous green and purple material. Some yellow crystals also show purple zoning or phantom patterns, which makes this color particularly interesting from Okorusu.
