Pink Fluorite with Chlorite

The Argentière Glacier is located in the Mont Blanc Massif, one of Europe's famous alpine mineral localities. For generations, local crystal hunters have recovered minerals from cracks exposed by the glacier.

Pink fluorite from this area is uncommon and is often found with smoky quartz and other alpine minerals. Specimens from the Mont Blanc region are known for their natural crystal quality and the challenging conditions required to collect them.
