M’Fouati is a mining district in southern Republic of the Congo. The area became known for its lead and zinc mines, which were developed during the early 20th century.

The district has produced a wide range of collector minerals, and its old mine workings have yielded colorful specimens of malachite, hemimorphite, cerussite, and diopside. M’Fouati is one of the better-known mineral localities in the Republic of the Congo.
