This area produced rhodochrosite in a surprising range of forms, from pink botryoidal coatings to sharp, well-formed crystals.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 10th level is particularly interesting because of the variety of rhodochrosite found there. Some specimens have bright rose-pink crystals with a glassy luster, while others form sparkling coatings over dark matrix.
